Dr. Shayla Trost- Physical Therapist
Shayla grew up just outside of Salina and graduated high school from Southeast of Saline. She went on to get her Bachelors degree at Kansas State University in Biology and then her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from MCPHS University in Worcester, MA. Shayla found her passion to treat children after one of her clinical rotations and instantly knew she wanted to help kids get back to being kids. After giving birth to her son she was introduced to a whole new life and became very interested in Women's Health and pelvic floor therapy. She has pursued education and training to help women through pregnancy and back to the activities they loved doing.

Laura Stegman-Love- Acupuncturist
Laura grew up in Salina and graduated from Sacred Heart. After high school she went on to study Pre-Nursing at Johnson County Community College. While she was there, she realized holistic health was a better fit for her beliefs and ambitions for helping people. She went on to receive a Master's of Science in Acupuncture from the Colorado School Of Traditional Chinese Medicine and a Certificate in Massage Therapy from Fort Hays State University. Laura is passionate about treating infertility and helping support women during their pregnancy.

Sarah Brown- Esthetician
Raised in Salina and a graduate of Salina Central High School, Sarah embarked on a journey after graduation, training as a birth doula and massage therapist. Fueled by a deep-seated passion for holistic care, she ventured beyond her hometown, finding herself in Boise, Idaho. It was in Boise that Sarah uncovered a newfound love for skincare, leading her to pursue licensure in Esthetics at Oliver Finley Academy. Now, Sarah is eager to introduce organic, holistic skincare to her roots in Salina.

Angela Kingsbury-Â Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Angela is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who is available to treat Kansas residents. She is experienced to treat a wide range of mental and behavioral health conditions in children, adolescents, and adults. Angela advocates for her patients to meet all psychosocial needs. She nurtures patients to overcome barriers, using evidence-based solutions, and believes early identification and treatment is necessary for successful remission. Angela understands that each individual is unique, & works with the patient, not over the patient when building a therapeutic treatment plan to meet the best outcome!
Angela works with all patients age 6 and up. She provides psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, brief psychotherapy, and psychotropic medication management. Her specialties include, but are not limited to; depression disorders, anxiety disorders, ADHD, sleep disorders, bipolar disorders, schizophrenia and more. Neuropsychiatric cognitive assessment available!

Brittany Husereau- Nurse Practitioner
Brittany grew up in Houston, Texas and moved to Salina when she started college at Kansas Wesleyan to receive her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. She worked as an Intensive Care Unit nurse for several years where she developed her passion of delivering holistic, passion, quality care to her patients. She gained her Master’s Degree in Nursing at Chamberlain College of nursing to become a Family Nurse Practitioner. Brittany has a strong passion to help patients receive quality care and to help them reach their personal goal of happiness, health and wellness. Brittany has joined Revive Integrative Services to implement IV vitamin infusions and injections to help patients achieve their desired health goals.

Sarah Wedel- RN/Personal Health Coach
Sarah Wedel completed her training through the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy associated with The Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM) in August 2021. She was inspired to become a Functional Medicine Health Coach after her personal journey working with a holistic nutritionist/life coach, a career coach and a functional medicine provider throughout 2020 taught her how food is medicine, goal setting is pertinent for her growth, and that accountability is key when making lifestyle changes.
Sarah believes that everyone is able to identify and reach their ideal vision of health with some accountability and support.  Whether you looking to reduce stress, create balance in your schedule, reduce toxins in your environment, find joyful movement, improve sleep, or learn about food as medicine- functional medicine coaching can assist in many of your goals.  Sarah has become especially interested in helping women who are thinking about becoming pregnant, pregnant and postpartum create more energy, balance and support in their daily lives as a mother herself.

Kourtney Kincaid- Occupational Therapist
Kourtney grew up in Assaria and graduated high school from Southeast of Saline. She went on to get her Bachelors degree at Kansas State University in Psychology, received her Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy from Nebraska Methodist College in Omaha, NE, and is currently working towards her doctorate degree. Kourtney gained interest in pediatrics after working as a paraeducator in special education preschool and through her pediatric clinical rotation. Kourtney has been practicing as a pediatric OT since October 2020, including kick starting an OT program at a previous facility. She has education and training in various areas, particularly Autism and sensory feeding techniques.

Megan Pengra Occupational Therapist
Megan grew up in Assaria and graduated high school from Southeast of Saline. She went on to obtain her Bachelors degree at Kansas State University in Human Development and Family Science. Received her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Creighton University. Megan has always had a heart for pediatrics after working for a summer camp during her time at K-State. Megan has spent the past 2 years at KU medical hospital treating a wide range of ages and diagnoses.

Chelsey Kincaid- Administrative Assistant
Chelsey grew up in Assaria, KS and graduated high school from Southeast of Saline. She went on to study Business Management at Hutchinson Community College. Her oldest son was born in 2009 and her youngest was born in 2010. Most of her time has been spent being a mom. She came to us from Community Corrections, where she worked closely with juveniles that were in the justice system. She has a passion for helping children in all capacities. She got her medical coding and billing certificate in 2023 and will be helping Revive with multiple office duties including insurance coding and billing.
